This program does what is expected of it. The look is nice and clean. The range and sensitivity of this camera are excellent. Changing the defaults with just one button is a bit of work, but you only have to do it once (if you need to do so). Uses a relay and can handle all types of bulbs / lamps up to rated wattage (because it uses a neutral). Screws into a standard switch plate on a work box (you will need to supply Due to the lack of sensitivity adjustment (4 stars), you should not install this where heat is generated (i. e. It's hard to say what happened, but it didn't work after 2 months of installing

It was too short of a return policy and I had problems reinstalling it. In my contact with Customer Support, the best instruction was to return the sensor back to the place of purchase since it was defective. Amazon offers a 30 day return policy, so I will need to The second time I've encountered bad merchandise, I've been unable to get my money back.

I find it to be extremely useful We can no longer leave the lights We had no trouble installing the unit, and it is working fine

I see a light coming from the closet when my wife opens its door. After she closes the door, the light goes out 15 minutes later (recommended timing).

It seems to have a radius of about 12'

My door wasn't within 20' of the ceiling mount for an 800 sq ft garage. I used this in my basement, but it wasn't nearly enough range for a door 20' away from the ceiling mount. At least from my observations, the trigger only appears to activate when about 12' away. It is easy to install.
