Product Description

A load cell is a type of sensor, sometimes called a strain gauge, that is often used in digital bathroom scales (those you use in January to aim for your New Year's resolutions, but then forget about after a month).

Using the 24 high precision A/D converter chips in HX711, this module provides ultra-high performance. The high precision electronic scale has two analog input channels and is internally integrated with a gain amplifier that can be programmed one hundred and eighty times. With the input circuit, a bridge-type pressure bridge (such as pressureweighing sensor mode) can be generated, which is of low cost and has high precision, making it an ideal front-end sampling

The load cell's dimensions are 34 mm by 34 mm.

Is it safe to load these continuously below their maximum capacity for long periods of time(always), without deforming them? What is the safe constant load for these?

Mine provided the data needed to create a brew monitor, calculating attenuation from CO2 We have lost. In terms of the constraints I put on the sensors, they appear to be true. In the monitor's report, there are values "+-" The final three weeks led to a weight loss of 1kg. It's hard to connect to this sensor, but it's good

When it comes to weighing, the sensors work great. As soon as I found the correct sample code for the HX711 load cell and Arduino libraries, the Arduino code was easy to write. But when I had to turn out the soldering iron, it was a pain. The leads are already standard. If they had the leads I would move to 5 stars. A breadboard can be easily connected using a 1" jumper.
