Chinese language instructions for PC software downloads are lacking It is possible to translate this into English

Despite receiving the product quite quickly, I found that the ends of the cable adapter were not properly fitted with the plastic cover. The shoes were too loose, so I had to tie them up. On the web site for Wit motion, I could not find the user's manual for what I got. All I had was a very sketchy item with no descriptions. Moreover, the PC software I could download from the web site seems to be in Chinese and I was not able to find an English version. The outcome is a cheap, but useless product. If the seller can fix these issues, I will change my mind. Well, after some effort I could use the Chinese installer (blindly, of course. 2) install the Chinese program and switch from Chinese to English. In terms of the sensor, everything works well, but making adjustments in the software can be confusing.

I really like the product. It is exactly what is advertised to be. It was a pleasure to deal with the after sales services. In this case, Kyle, the company representative directly assisted me with the successful operation of the product, even though I could have done it on my own. However, I was just too lazy to do things on my own so I took advantage of the great assistance they provide.
