As a replacement for one in my Geiger counter, I ordered these. The transistor has not been installed yet, but I have tested all of these and they are all working. Most of the hfe date back to the 1950s, but 3 date back to the 1960s, five to the 1970s, and three to the 1980s. The idea of Soviet parts sounded very interesting to me.
