The item is dead on arrival. The program does not The screen does not come on because the light comes on but the screen remains black with faint glitches. The power supplies used in the range of voltage were all in the correct range, but nothing happened. I feel that money is wasted. I paid 22 dollars for my purchase. A 15-minute drive took me into town to pick up the package. So I will have to drive back to town in the next couple of days to see if I can return it and pick up a replacement. No matter how I do it, I'll be out 30 bucks if I just return it. It is a good idea to invest about 40 bucks in a reliable RF power meter. The headache and hassle of purchasing this product is not worth it since there is no quality control whatsoever. Almost all of the products on Amazon seem to be falling in quality and there are more and more scams surfacing. Here's an update In fact the pins connecting the screen to the board ripped out of the back side, ripping the contacts from 6 of the pins as well. The problem cannot be fixed. It came in a shipping envelope from Amazon, with the device inside of a paper thin foam envelope then enclosed A lot of the damage could have occurred along the line and we have no way to know if it was usps, amazon, or the manufacturer that caused it. Either way, I am not pleased with the seller or amazon at least for the horrible packaging choices they made. In update 2, we received payment for a replacement. I received a second one and it Hopefully, the screens are bright and the device works.
