Is it possible to operate these diodes safely at extreme temperatures? I expected to get 27 volts, but only received 6 amps and there was a lot of heat. ?

A general rule when it comes to electronics is, "if you can touch it, it's fine". When you get close to a diode's wattage limit, it will generate heat. You should make sure they do not touch anything - If the diodes are running too hot for the location they are in, you may need them to be rated for a higher amp. When I run them at 8 amps, I get a little warm, but this is not a major problem.

How much is the Echoworthy panel for 195 watts?

They are rated for up to 45 volts and 15 amps, i.e. they should be able to handle the 195 watts of power generated by a 45 volt panel

By soldering these in the correct direction, can these work as bypass diodes as well?

Its max reverse voltage rating of 45 volts means it will be irreversibly damaged if 45 volts are applied towards it.

Fuse after fuse blew all over the place whenever I used them. It seemed as if I did something wrong at first. I have reversed polarity on the meter, but as soon as I connect more than 12 volts to them, the current flows through them without a problem. As described, they are a waste of time and money. The trash is gone, and it is too late to return it. Purchasing three expensive and hard to find AGC fuses (Amazon search returns 6x30 fuse but not AGC) and an ATC fuse cost me about $100 total. It appears that these diodes are bad, as they do not test well at meter voltage and do not.

Diodes that work well

All diodes are working properly and there is no voltage drop. Approx. 150 mm in length. This is 59v I have all diodes with 61v forward drop. This seller is trustworthy - don't be hesitant to buy.
