You should be able to use this transformer with the fan that you observed. There is a match between all the specs. A voltage of up to 480V is available as the primary voltage. A secondary voltage of up to 120V is available. A zero output current is present. An amp reading of 87.
There is a good chance that this will not work on multiple platforms The AC is in phase. This product is designed to operate on single phase 240 or 480V. Are there any single phase nodes in your network? The sum total of my AC application was 240 VAC to power the motor of the swimming pool pump and 120 VAC for a bug zapper that I needed near the swimming pool pump. I had 480 volts converted to 120 volts for a security camera. They have great customer.
In its initial configuration, the unit worked perfectly. It was easy to install and didn't require any modifications. There was no confusion in the instructions, and everything looked as it did on the website.
