When the meter was tested initially, it worked. In spite of this, the wall meter ceased working soon after its mounting because the bolts securing the wires to the meter came loose. Since the bolts are exposed only at their threaded ends, it is not obvious how to tighten them. Due to the fact that the 30 day return policy expired shortly after all of this occurred, there is no way to reach.
