This is a Chinese product
A DC voltage between 3 and 24 volts is required to operate this buzzer. There is a clause in the specifications that mentions this. At 1, it is not rated for use. Assuming that it will not work at 1 Volt, I would guess that it will not work at 5 Volts. This charger has a 5 volt output.
China appears to be the source of these items.

I wished I would have had this beeper when I was at work- Powered by a 9 volt battery, this beeper beeps about twice per second and has a fairly loud frequency. I think a speeded up version would be more appropriate The things they use on trucks to warn people to keep out of the way when they reversing have been pumped up. The beeper that is being sold on Amazon is actually discontinued, unlike a lot of other 'discontinued' products. There is only one complaint I have about Uxcell, which is its slow shipping and order processing.
This little sucker is SO loud! The only way I could pass the time was to wrap it with an entire roll of electrical tape. There's a beeper on top of my Golf Cart) and even after wrapping the entire roll of electrical tape around it, it is loud enough for people to hear from down the street that I am applying the reverse!.
Used it in the car as a chime. I left my headlights on in my car a number of times, which led to my car's battery going dead. It helped me to search for instructions on how to hook up my chime to my lights. In the end, I found out that the positive end of the pizo can be connected to the power going to the headlights and the negative end can be attached to the door switches for the cabin lights. The alarm is only activated when the headlights are on and the door is open.
It is supposed to be an intermittent device, but it is not! A continuous tone is being played. This does not sit well with me!.
We have wired this so that it sounds when the garage door is opened. The volume was a little louder than I expected, but it works for my purpose.
I found it to be of adequate quality. The sole complaint I have with this one is that it's not loud at all (I had another one previously that broke). It was used for my son's science project. Despite being in a quiet room, it didn't make a lot of noise. Nonetheless, it did work, so there is no reason to complain.
That is a ridiculous amount of noise! I used this as an alarm in a manufacturing facility, but it was a little loud, so I used a potentiometer to quiet it down. The sound is similar to that of a pickup truck backup beeper.
The audio you have provided is acceptable.
