Made in China. Test results showed 3 ohms for these resistors. I need to check my Fluke DMM for 85K Ohms. In this case, the deviation is within 5%. English was well marked on the packaging and on the packaging itself. There is a CHINESE component in this product. BP, good luck with your project.

While it is much cheaper to buy from jameco electronics but much quicker via Amazon prime, they keep their quality well and are reasonable in price.
