There is a statement in the product description that they have "decimal points per digit", but it is not the TM1637 with decimal points. There are two versions of the TM1637 one displays the decimal points and one displays the colon, and the ones being shipped are the colon version.
There is just one disappointment - that they go from pretty bright to really bright, so as a clock display for a bedroom, you can't see them clearly. As soon as I reach about 1/3 or 1/4 of the scale, it is impossible for me to even tell the difference between brightness levels. The only solution I could find was to place some tinting film over the display to dim it down, but that really limited the range, so it would only work well at night, but during the day it would be unusable. Instead of being able to adjust the brightness, I would rather have a broad range of brightness levels.
