It is expected that the remaining bulbs will go out within a week or so. It is not recommended to use this product. In the first place, Amazon doesn't know how to handle shipping for In most cases, the package comes in a padded envelope and one or two parcels are broken upon delivery. A funny thing is that something very small and not at all fragile will be packed in a cardboard box when an envelope is all that is required. As far as I've seen, bulbs are usually damaged and come in padded envelopes. There was at least one bulb that was just a tiny bit too long and would not fit into the fixture. Afraid of breaking the plastic clips, I put them on a hard surface. Another bulb fit correctly so I grabbed another one. In my opinion, the quality of these bulbs is mediocre at best.

Here I sit, for the third time, looking for more bulbs for my under cabinet lights. It feels like just a few months ago that I did this. I forgot to do that. Now that I'm looking through my purchase history, I realize I've bought this exact set of bulbs twice. I bought one set in September of 2018, another in August this year. There is no lasting power in them.

PS. You can expect the box to arrive crushed if you order them. These two events took place each time.

A third of the light color (3000k) consists of an orange that is extremely "warm" in color. A yellow color. Even though the white is almost too warm for me, it still beats the ghastly sunny white (hospital) I had before. We had a problem with one of the bulbs that just stopped working without warning. There was only one turn on, about eight times throughout the day for about an hour each time. There is no guarantee that this brand is reliable, so I'll stick with - Next time, we'll talk about brands.

The glass tubes were all broken at the point where the metal ends met the metal ends. Considering the boxes were in good condition, it could only indicate there is some issue in China where the boxes are manufactured. I have updated My Amazon customer service experience was a positive one. We got an online person on chat who offered a refund without having to send back the broken bulbs after 15+ minutes. Using the automated process was a waste of time.
