Questions & Answers
There are four different hues available. 2700K, 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K are the different color temperatures available. 2700k or 3000k would be my first choices. 2700k is similar to the color of an older incandescent bulb, while 3000k is similar to the color of a halogen light bulb.
It's entirely up to you what color you prefer. Libraries and offices, for example, typically have a 4000k color temperature. The balance of 3000k is good. Warm with slightly orange undertones, 2700k is a warm color.
The fixture itself is fine, but motion detectors can be difficult to work with. Make sure to check with the motion company to see if the switch will work with LED bulbs. Thanks
Yes, but it must be covered and no water should be sprayed directly onto it. In the same way that any other electronic device would.

The comparison between my old bulbs, natural light, and these new lightbulbs is shown in the image below. br>br>4 star rating because one of the lightbulbs did not work, owing to poor packaging. br>br>I've only recently received these, so I can't speak to their durability or energy efficiency.
This bulb is ideal. I experimented with a variety of bulbs and found that the 4000k bulbs are the best option. I posted three photos, each with a different bulb next to a standard 2700k "warm white" bulb that can be found almost anywhere, as well as all 4000k bulbs. The light is brighter in the first photo, but it has a sterile quality to it, similar to fluorescent lighting. They were 5000k, according to a brand I discovered at HD. These 4000k bulbs can be seen in the second photo. When compared to the standard 2700k bulbs in the right-hand fixture, notice how much brighter and whiter the light is! However, these bulbs are a little warmer and less sterile than the 5000k bulbs. The natural late-morning light around the tub can be seen on the far right. Also, compare the very golden hue of the wall illuminated by 2700k bulbs to how these new bulbs make the wall paint look so much more accurate to its true color (wall over tub). I believe I will replace all of the bulbs in my home with these 4000k bulbs!.
These lights, despite being labeled "cool white," do not have a blue tint. They have a slight yellow tint to them and are a perfect white light. It's bright, which may not be to everyone's taste (but was exactly what I needed), and it doesn't buzz or flicker. Before purchasing these, I experimented with GE Reveal and GE Refresh bulbs. The bulbs from GE Reveal were extremely yellow and dark. The GE Refresh bulbs were bright, but they also had a very blue tint to them, which didn't look good in my space. These bulbs emit a pure white light that is very refreshing in a dark environment. These aren't for you if you're looking for a warm, inviting atmosphere. Try these if you want to enliven your space and bring out true-to-tone colors. Because of these lights, every color in my home looks amazing. I'm overjoyed to have discovered these and will be placing an order just to make sure I have enough.
These lights from the Great Eagle are incredible. I bought six or seven packages ranging in size from 9W to 23W. I also bought all four color temperatures (2700K, 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K). The fact that they offer virtually all of their bulbs in a variety of colors is fantastic and a major selling point. I use 5000K bulbs outside, 2700K and 3000K bulbs indoors, and 4000K and 3000K bulbs for growing plants. Customer service is another major reason I chose these bulbs; being based in the United States, it makes me feel more confident about getting a replacement bulb if something goes wrong (not to mention the positive customer reviews). So far, there haven't been any bulb failures. br>br>I'm growing a 50-year-old Bougainvillea Bonsai and want to give it the best light possible. I've used 9W, 4000K bulbs in all four corners of the plant. These are supplemental bulbs that fill in the gaps left by my larger lights (36W, full spectrum bulbs). I'll replace some of the 9W 3000K bulbs with 9W 3000K bulbs once the Bougainvillea starts to flower, to add more red spectrum. br>br>These bulbs will be used for a long time; I'm going to set them on a timer for 14 hours per day for about 5 months, or until the Spring weather reaches about 50 degrees at its lowest point, at which point it'll be moved outside for some fresh air and sunlight. br>br>Like my Great Eagle 23W bulbs, these 9W bulbs get a perfect 5 star rating.
STROBE AS HARD AS YOU CAN! These bulbs are a bright white color, making them ideal for closet lighting. EXCEPT that when I turned on three of the four bulbs, they strobed and flickered. One strobe strobes so badly that when the light is turned on, my closet looks like an Alice Cooper concert! I can sometimes fix the problem by turning the light off and on again, but I shouldn't have to. And, of course, since I hadn't checked the bulbs until after the 30-minute mark, I was out of luck. I'm stuck with them because the day-to-day return period has expired.
For my bathroom, I wanted to get some 3000K bulbs. 2700K has always seemed too yellow to me for bathroom lighting. When I replaced some old 3000K CFLs with these LEDs, I discovered that the lighting profile remained unchanged. Thank you for accurately describing and delivering the lighting I expected.
For a while, everything was fine until some of them began to make noise and one of them began to blink on and off. I assumed there was a problem with the wiring. The problem was solved by purchasing a new WalMart cheepy. The Great Egle was discarded.
These bulbs are a little smaller than the ones they replaced, so they'll fit into the light fixture more easily. And, for a 60 watt bulb, they're a little brighter than I expected. When I read the reviews of other off-brand bulbs, I noticed that they said things like "dead on arrival" and "flickering. " These are fantastic bulbs! I'm going to buy more.
