BULBS THAT CAN BE REPLACED-Our LED andon lights are one of the few on the market that have easy BA15S LED replaceable bulbs for long-term, low-cost maintenance. In comparison to other LED andon suppliers, our bulbs are less expensive. When a single bulb needs to be replaced, there's no need to replace the entire fixture.

LED andon component kits are cost-effective, allowing facilities with limited budgets to install time and money-saving indication equipment at a fraction of the cost of a finished station.

CUSTOMER CONFIGURABLE-LED kits allow customers with more experience to assemble the lights as needed to fit your specific line or workstation requirements. Component kits give customers the most flexibility, whether they're running conduit or connecting directly.

HIGH VISIBILITY--Indoors, with a full 360-degree view. LED lights up the room. It's very noticeable. Receive immediate assistance when and where it is required. Material call, supervisor, maintenance, quality, downtime assistance, changeover indication, and other applications are all possible with Andon stations.

Questions & Answers

Is it possible to mount this outside? Is this something that can only be used indoors?

These stations are not rated for outdoor visibility, despite the components being IP65 rated. They can't hold a candle to the sun outside. They're high-intensity LED lights for indoor use.

Is it possible to get the three-light system with blue instead of green?

Thanks. Yes, but you must order the KT-100 standard kit. 5213- In addition to our GP-provided services, we will receive an additional $100. 2782- LD-006 (blue lens) and LD-006 (orange lens). 2782- 116 (blue LED bulb with a 120V AC power supply). The top screw of the light can be removed and slid. For easy replacement, the bulbs are simple BA15S socket bulbs.

How tall are you?

5213- It is possible to reach a height of 100 feet, depending on how you put it together. If you're only talking about the LED light, go from top to bottom, including the three provided. It's a 13-inch pole with a 5-inch diameter. The height is 87 inches. The total finished unit is 20 if assembled using only the box and switch provided parts and nothing else. The height is 96 inches.

Although the product is excellent, there is no instruction manual included. It should either be in the box or easily accessible online; it's extremely inconvenient.
