That is a mystery that will never be solved. These switches are devoid of any text. Because the wiper is made of a thin gauge and has a small contact area, I'd keep the current low. br>br>I couldn't get adjacent poles to short while switching, but there's not a lot of space between them, so there's not a lot of voltage capacity.

The switch is exactly as described, and it will be perfect for upgrading a reissue Fender Electric XII guitar. br>It was well packaged and arrived promptly. br>I only needed one (so far), but having extras is a good idea for the price.
Use caution when deciding what to do with them. br>br>I used one of these to select different voltages for my bench power supply, and when I turned the knob, it would short between the various incoming power levels.
I'd used up nine of the nine I'd bought previously and wanted to replenish my stock. Design that is simple; solid; reliable; a good deal.
