I'm guessing it's around a year and a half from now. 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Because it's in a box next to my pond, I'm working from memory. Note: This is a genuine heavy-duty unit that is rated at 30 amps and functions properly. All of the other relays I tried were unsuccessful.
Yes, that should work; I have two of these and they're excellent heavy-duty relays.
Connectors for blades are crimped. The yellow ones with a 10-point rating are the ones I suggest. Because 10 AWG wire is rated for 30 Amps, you'll want to use 12 AWG wire. The current rating for 12 AWG wire is 20 amps. You could also solder directly onto the pins, but this will make future maintenance more difficult.
It's a 30 amp relay, and it's the only one I could find that would work with my 15 amp installation.

This was done, and other equipment was severely damaged as a result. Removed from the equipment, placed on a test bench, and VOM tested. When the relay is turned off, the center poles are connected to the normally open poles. The application of power has no effect on the connection. This was not what I expected from a Schneider product.
1 aps was required in a small box. The motor has a horsepower of 5 hp. there are no issues.
After a few weeks of use, it appears to be working reliably, and I'm using it to switch a 220V supply from a 110V input.
Works.
This is an excellent substitute. Even the clean function is working again in the oven.
