Taking a look at the BBC video, one hit is all it takes. To show my engineering team what NOT to do in the product design process, I might want to get one
As a rule of thumb, a set of four AA batteries will last approximately six months in normal use. On the front of the safe, there is a visual indicator of the battery level. As an additional feature, the user can check the safe's battery level from the companion app's device management section.
A fire rating is not available for this safe.

A PHONE LINE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMER CARE. Please email them only a recording and they will get back to you within 24 hours I was really looking forward to this product, then it was delivered in 48 hours. I was disappointed.
Using the remote features of the device was not possible after the device was unable to connect to the wifi. Although I contacted their support team via email, they did not assist me. Returning it was a good decision.
It wasn't difficult to connect my safe to Wifi, but once done, the safe wouldn't unlock itself when I told it through the app to. However, nothing would happen. It would make noise as though something was moving, yet the door would not.
In a way, that's what I expected for the price, even though I didn't buy it. I imagine it is something like the safes we all have experience with in hotels, but made with plastic instead of Can you really count on it providing any There's not much to report It is easy to remove the safe by brute force or with tools from where you put it and take it. If you hit it a few times with a hammer or cut it with a cutting tool, it will spill its insides When a thief presses any one of the buttons, the device will wake up and notify the home office that it has been tampered with, resulting in a notification on your phone to that effect. Does that mean you'll know where the device ends up? It is possible to determine this by putting a GPS system in it (e. g. , through the manual) It is not possible to track the usage of this product, given its features. I know it sounds like I'm displeased after reading all that, but I'm simply not displeased There is a purpose to it I imagine if you use it that way and don't keep irreplaceable things in it, you will be satisfied with the security and if it is used for things like medications (which is what I think they built it for) you should be fairly happy. If you want a standard biometric safe you can get one much more reasonably priced by choosing some non-biometric materials instead Materials that are trivial Moreover, you can save a lot of money at the same time. The offer price is no bargain. It's likely I'll be returning it in exchange for something more powerful.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to connect this device to WiFi.
I bought this safe twice, both times it stopped working after a couple of Whatever you do to change the batteries or hold down the buttons, it won't light up or turn on no matter how many times you try. There is a physical component to it At that point, it was AT BEST a key-only safe, and certainly not worth the price. Additionally, you will not receive assistance from the customer support team if you buy it through Amazon. Please don't give these people any money for the love of all that is sacred to you.
Do not buy! The mobile app does not work after unboxing, the mobile app shows a variety of error messages ("request timed out", "server error 500", etc. ), customer support is nonexistent, so it's just like a safe box with a manual code padlock! I can tell it is a discontinued product from its appearance.
My entire reason for getting this was to be able to control it remotely. There is however no way to make the app work on a phone as common as.
