Is this an IP65 rated product? or is it rated to be used in a cold, damp, or wet environment? Is there a gasket or an o-ring on them? ring?

Howdy. I'm not sure if they're IP65 rated, but based on how they're constructed, they should be splash proof at the very least. They are gasketed between the panel and the lamp body, but there is no gasket or o'ring on the lens cap (which screws in place). Still, it's plastic to plastic, and it appears to make a good connection.br>Because they're LEDs, temperature isn't a factor. It appears that the plastic is PVC, which should be fine at lower temperatures.

The lights are nice, but they aren't as bright as I'd like, and the white light is turned on in the photo.
