Is it a pwm or a scr drive? I was unable to locate any listing. ?

This is a SCR (Selective Coupling Reduction) drive.

Is it necessary for me to purchase the fuse holder and kit? If that's the case, where can I get the ones for this, since it's stated that they're sold separately?

Part 9849 will be the fuse kit, but I'd look into part KBMM-A instead. It's already on the board, at 125.

When using 90Vdc motors in reverse and forward applications, is it necessary to use a dynamic brake resistor?

If you're looking for a forward/reverse unit, look no further. I'd take a look at the KBMD- With the 9860, you can get a 240D.

Excellent DC Drive controller; just make sure you get the proper horsepower resistor and possibly fuse holders separately. Not junk from China, but solid support from an American firm. For the same money, it's also a lot better than even the best Chinese.

The DC drive was a perfect match for an older piece of machinery. It arrived on time, was quickly installed, and corrected the issue. When placing your order, don't forget to include a horse power resister. Without one, the drive won't work.
