My modification was to super glue it to the mounting ring and bend the element connection to fit my needs, and it work excellent now.
Power wires are connected to it, and then it is mounted to where ever the location is. The world does not spin.
I am unable to answer this question because it is too general. It would be necessary to pull the temperature control switch from your water heater and compare it to the manufacturer's specifications. Whenever possible, call Bodum customer service for assistance, but if you cannot get an answer, pull your failed part and find the switch with a similar specification. The price of one should be low enough for you. will need an identical switch to replace the broken one with a new switch with the same amperage, resistance, and wattage. It is also a good idea to match the mounting holes.
I keep a few spares inside the microwave housing just in case it blows. The replacement will take just a few minutes. It was a year or so ago I ordered them, so I don't have the specs in front of me.

This was the last piece I had to assemble to get it It was almost unbelievable how low the price of this item on Amazon was compared to some other places. After my package was delivered, I was up, running, and ready to smoke about 20 minutes later. My part fit like a glove, and there were no problems. In case it breaks, I think I will buy another one.
The purpose of this repair is to fix my masterbuilt.
In less than a year you'll be toasting. An electric heater that can draw a maximum of 8 amps is installed with this switch. In a little more than a year, it was fried.
The problem has been resolved.
good and I advise you to try it.
Everything is working as it should.
I am pleased with the performance of the device. In the past, I've purchased cheap ones and they only lasted a day or two. When you pay for something, you get what you paid.
