Many years ago, I have used this model of temperature control to control the temperature of commercial refrigeration systems. Except for the fact that it eventually gets worn out, I haven't had a problem with it. You will use a screwdriver in order to make adjustments. This may be inconvenient if you need to make constant changes to the temperature, in which case you should find an alternative. A thermometer, which indicates the internal temperature of the refrigerator (freezer, cooler, etc. ), is not included in this control. I used this for a couple of applications based on settings It's a set-and-forget system there are no temperature adjustments needed, so there is no knob control needed. In addition to preventing people from making alterations every time they feel "the temperature isn't right", omission of the knob also simplifies maintenance.
I find that it's not very good, with a big swing between the cut-off and initial release I am joining and cutting-off There will be a temperature drop of around 10 degrees during the day. As long as the temperature reaches 48 degrees or higher or the thermostat is set to start at 38 degrees, it will not start.
We use this one at our dairy to pump our milk, so it works just as it should do for a milk tank. A small issue was that the set screw broke since the one I bought was broken, thus I returned it to get a new set screw that also broke rather than a new one that didn't work either. While it is useful, neither of ours were able to change the set screw if a quicker shut-off was needed. As far as the set screw you can adjust through the cover hole is concerned, it is fine. However, with the internal one, this would not be possible. In any case.
You will be charged a 98 restocking fee when you return the item. In the case of one controller, it had a large swing in the time between cut in and cut off of The thermostat wouldn't start until the temperature reached well over 50 degrees, even if I set it to start at 40 The second one had the exact same problem. Replaced it with a third one. They charged me $10 for it when I returned it. There is a fee of 98 for returning the product. Oh my goodness!.
I highly recommend it. This is an easy to install program. It was perfect for my application to have a temperature range that could be adjusted.
I own a retail flower shop and I see this shirt on a regular basis Since we have started using stats, that has been the standard. After many years of service, the one I had finally went bad.
After installation of this new unit, the cooler had frozen products numerous times in a short period of time. Let me tell you what's going on. This unit has a rotating swing that allows a minimum swing of three degrees to be adjusted. The set point was 5 degrees higher than normal. For example, it will turn on at 43 even if you set it at 40.
It is not the case in this At about 50 degrees (40 degrees set), the unit will require cooling. As far as I can tell, the cooler will get down to about 32 degrees before my thermostat will cut off the cooling and stop calling for it. There will be a very strong swing on this unit, so you should be aware of that. In the case of flowers, this is an essential component. Otherwise, the unit bobs around a few degrees on either side of its set points.
The set point can't be reached at 0 degrees.
I saved time and money by using this You can get this product on Amazon for a very low price!.
