I found the right part for a reasonable price

It's a spring (and To allow the natural gas furnace to run on LP, you must allow the switch to function. A spring assembly is removed from the regulator cover and the old spring is removed. The new spring is then installed and the regulator cover is reattached. All you have to do is adjust the regulator to the proper pressure and it immediately works.
