The 3/8-inch drill bit is included in the 3/8-inch drill bit set. Letter W or is the 24th kit. 386 inches in length. The stripped hole should be no bigger than the drill bit.

This kit was used to repair stripped threads in the starter motor of a Lycoming aircraft engine (in an experimental-type application). aircraft made by amateurs). It worked perfectly and was incredibly simple to operate (especially when compared to Heli-X). Coils have always been a source of frustration for me. Make sure to read and follow the instructions carefully (as well as watch the videos on their website) - The final step of how to actually insert the insert is a little hazy in the instructions (it's very difficult to install if you thread the insert too deeply into the installer tool).
This is excellent material.
It worked perfectly and is still holding up after several years of use. It was used to repair the threads on a Nissan vehicle's timing belt idler pulley bolt.
The tool was supposed to be delivered the next day, but it didn't arrive for another three days, and now it's broken! It was a dreadful experience!.
For thread repair, this is an excellent tool.
