Purchased to adapt a 16x1 as stated in the title. To a 14x1, change the 5 shift knob to a 14x1. 5 Volkswagen Vanagon with a manual transmission. I used some teflon tape to dial in the tightness, but overall I'm pleased with the fit. A $7 cast part beats machining an adapter any day!.
However, it was the exact same size as the 14m x 1. I already had 25 of them, and they weren't working for my application.
These are the ones I've always used. They're ideal for restoring threads in aluminum, steel, and some plastics that have been stripped out.
