In one go, a cutter with a 13/16" x 2" head could cut 24" of steel plates, one at a time. The drilling solvent in the press was used to cool it once it reached 540 RPMs. Considering the cost of the cutter, it exceeded all expectations. We are adding more cutters to our collection in the near future!.

Despite the fact that the cutters themselves appear to be well constructed, the guide pins seem to fit very As the tip of the guide pin moves at a rate of 1mm or more, there is no way to locate the cutters to a punched center with accuracy. In addition, the cutters are 1/16" oversize when compared to fasteners, and the positioning error is even larger.

Only thing is it requires considerable force to sharpen the down to side. I used it in my lathe with no problems, but in the drill press it was a different story. They have to be sent out for $10 in order to sharpen the down to side. The price for each is over $100.

Make sure you use cutting lubricate to maintain bit coolness. With this set of bits, I am building my Sam Sann Warriors mi ja gym. It is by far the best annular bit I have ever used. I give it a thumbs up.
