The walkway here is hard concrete, and these are advertised as being good choices when it comes to hard concrete. In hardly any time, they became so dull that they were no longer useful. Though I took great care not to overheat them and to keep the holes clean, they still are a waste of money. In addition to feeling disappointed, I am also surprised since Dewalt products typically offer a much better quality than these ones.

My flower pots were made more attractive with holes drilled in the bottom. Worked my way up to the big drill bit, starting with the small There wasn't one pot that I broke! A good, sturdy set, and the plastic packaging is great. This is something that I highly recommend.

As opposed to one star, I gave it two stars because I do not have the most powerful drill in the world, but I would have assumed this bit could do something. The drill I used to drill through the bottom of the pot was able to drill for approximately 3 mm after two charges. This is absurd, since the bit I was using is now completely dull and tarnished, regardless of the fact that I kept the drilling area clean and hydrated at all times.

In my backyard, I am putting in a new patio and need to remove three concrete slabs. The rebar was too thick and heavy for a handle to easily pick up. So this concrete chisel stepped in to help. This is the technique we Mixture of concrete and stone was used in the In two of the concrete pieces there was rebar inside. The drill bits cut through the concrete easily and showed no signs There were several times when I had to stop working and let the drill bits cool down because smoke was coming from the holes, but after a couple of minutes they were ready to continue. It's an awesome Dewalt product once again.

Buy only premium brand bits, generics will strip and become dull very There are four bits in this set from Dewalt that are affordable. It would be ideal to have four hammers around the house for some simple drilling. You can get it even cheaper if you buy a larger quantity. recommend that you do not buy random brand bits, since the materials are not the same although they look the Metals, especially steel, can be hardened by using proprietary methods from manufacturers like Dewalt. These drill bits stay sharp for a long time and last a long time. When I used these to fix concrete, I had to use far less effort and go in much faster than generic brands I had lying I obtained these ones because, as I tried to drill one hole with the generic brand, I became cramped up in my arms.

This kit was bought to drill into brick for a home project. I found them to work perfectly and did not have any problems. They are very well made.

They drill faster and deeper as well. I was able to avoid drilling and replacing bits due to the significant time savings. Then these would be my recommendation. Drill something and get them to it!.
