It worked well for cleaning grout around marble tiles stained by ash and soot from a California wildfire. I used a power drill to remove the grout between the tiles. The four blade design was ideal for cleaning the grout. There was never a dull moment with them. A variety of widths and angles were used to hone the grout and bevel the tiles, and I bought 3 more sets so I could use them on concrete and other stone surfaces.
Easy to use and durable. My flag went through the bricks with no problem! I used them to put up a flag on my brick wall! Furthermore, I used this tool to drill holes in a couple of my ceramic pots, which was very effective. My recommendation would be to strongly consider it.
The tip of these drill bits was pretty sharp at first, but its durability was poor. They began to wear out after a short time. If you need something that you use on a daily basis, I wouldn't recommend it as something that would be good for minor home repairs.
You should use all of your drills as soon as possible when using. One of the largest is not adequate, as I need the second largest. The fins on the head of the drill bit were rounded off as I drilled about 3/4 inch into the concrete. As I had to drill three more holes, I started using the smaller drills (one for each hole) and bored out the final hole with the required size. The heads of all the drills I used were still ruined, but at least it was an improvement. Despite their name, they are not safe to use for making more than.
My favorite thing about the bit tips is how small they are. The holes were started with my help. For my 3 bird baths, I was able to drill through some rocks so the fill tubes and drippers could be kept.
Concrete and other materials can be cut to desired sizes in a reasonably priced set.
Even when his friends are working on a project, he is willing to offer assistance to them.
