They have a 3/32 pilot hole on both DEWCBR1/4 and DEWCBR5/16. Thanks a lot!

My first use of it has not yet taken place. I used this one to countersink 220 holes into the mild steel bars I was milling. It seemed to hold up perfectly. I will let you know how it turns out once I have used it. It's just a shame that the tool does not have a hole that is the same diameter as the pilot hole. Once in a while, this is useful if the pilot simply cannot be removed as easily as possible.
inaccurate descriptions caused me to take additional actions such as returning the items to Amazon and ordering a new one. Thanks Amazon, I now spent a good amount of time on this. We are not in business to make The long and short of it is The item description states that a 3/16" pilot hole should be used. The correct pilot hole size When I contacted "Live Experts" Sounds like an awful joke), and they had no real effect. It is so difficult a question - I never imagined it to be that difficult - Is the diameter of the pilot hole the same as that of the drilling rig? Here is a photo of a counterbore with a shank size of 3/16".
In the course of porting and polishing, I tried using this tool to trim valve guides. With a carbide tipped tool, I took the same amount of time to trim one guide as a carbide tipped tool took to trim all the guides in the head. Get a good carbide tipped counterbore if you're going to use this to cut any kind of metal. As a result, you will be more satisfied with the outcome. It would have been amazing if this had been a wood project.
Currently I'm using it to face skateboard axles by hand only, so I can't comment on how it will perform on an automatic machine, but for my purposes it's an excellent purchase.
Instead, I received a toy that was sized 7/8" and was long 6". Fortunately, it was a 5/8" cutter and I managed to make it work, though I'm not thrilled with the results. Buying from them is a waste of money the last time I did it.
Seeing that Amazon has this listed as "recommended" along with 80/20 10 series aluminium extrusion and anchor fastener, I thought it might be possible to make the counter bore hole with this. This is not the case. For making counter bore in 10 series for anchors, this bit might be good for other purposes but not for making counter bore in 10 series. If you want to save money, you'd be better off purchasing a regular 9/16 bit for $20.
I am very happy with this product, it's.
It is not what I was looking for. I am a machinist and needed something for 1 small job on short notice. This is not the only benefit of It was dull when it was delivered and the counterbore was incorrect (oversized). tool is garbage and a waste of money, stay away from this brand. If you buy it, you can save some time and take it out of the package, then throw it.
