I am in awe of these. These countersinks aren't just amazing because of their price, they're great countersinks, and their price is just icing on the cake! Since I bought these cap head screws after last summer, I've used countersunk cap screws quite a bit. Designed to be automated, these are a great tool to have. The trick to using them is they need low rpm (500 or so) and they need to match the countersink guide tip size with the through drill bit.

We tested three cutters and three of them worked well In 1 case, it did not. Despite having a variety of cutters, I haven't tried each one.

Update I have tried the samples and will update with a performance report as soon as possible* Update 6061 aluminum is actually pretty easy to cut with them. have upgraded from a 1 to a 3 star rating.
