My first impression when I opened the box was that most of the cutters and pilots were scattered about inside. It looked as if someone had put them It is clear that multiple chips are present on several cutters. It costs a lot of money for me to buy this set and I don't have to put up with it now. In exchange for a refund, I returned it. It would be highly unlikely for the replacement to be better, which is why I am not inclined to try replacing it. The product is a waste of time and money. Don't buy it.

Despite their pristine condition, these cutters arrived in excellent working order. A carefully packaged set of set screws in a fitted case contained all of them exact. Leaving all the cutters out, I checked all the pilots for concentricity and found none to be out of concentricity. There is a lot of value here given the price. I would definitely recommend this product. Getting out and about on the weekends.

The product I wanted was delivered exactly as I wanted it. With a decent range of pilots and counterbores, this set is very versatile. I am happy with the packing because some of the tools were out of the cradle. It was better than nothing, but nothing got damaged.

Pilot guides fall out, and the set screw that holds them in no longer works very well, but debris still builds up on them. A soft matl surface with sharp countersinks.
