In spite of the uneven ground, the sweep is working really well to keep out the cold air from entering the house through the front door. It used to be that I needed to use the solid rubber "blade" type, which always created issues with sticking to the floor and would tear. Based on what I have seen this sweep should last quite a while. Many of my friends have ordered the same sweep from Amazon and it has lasted them quite well. There is a great deal of satisfaction with its quality and design.
I agree with everything you said! A 5 out of 5 rating.
My storm door was easily secured to the bottom by screwing it into this piece. I cut it down to size with a hacksaw. This is a perfect fit.
I was pleased with the result. The quality is excellent. The recommendation is good.
