In 1/2-inch increments, the rows can be adjusted. It works well with a variety of key sizes. The product image is nearly as densely set up as it can possibly be. It has ten rows and ten hooks, but you don't have to use all of them.

The rails that hold the keys are too long to fit in the slots in the back of the box, as shown in the photos! They're the right size for the door, but you can't store keys on the inside of the box. Because the keys are only kept in the door, the box only holds 50 keys, rather than the advertised 100. I've sent the company several emails, but they've made no attempt to resolve the issue.
I purchased this in the mistaken belief that it contained all of the components for 100 keys. Everything worked out fine, but there were only 64 key tracks and tags. That is why I have given it a three-star rating. I like the product in general, but the misleading information bothers me.
