In order to order them as 6" wide, we order Two millimeters. A standard measurement of 144mm is used
There are 55 meters, or about 180 feet, or about 60
I am sorry, but I don't know anything about pro#714 tapes. As far as covering up my 3D-printer build plate goes, the tape I purchased does the job
While it works great for 3D printing, I am concerned about how much it may burn when used for laser engraving. It is the same as painter's tape or masking tape, so I would advise to check with them first before purchasing.

The tape I purchased was to be used on my ender 3v2 on a pei bed that was having trouble sticking to anything. In the past, I've used 3M's painters tape to good effect. While I thought this would be a good idea, I found that for me, having such a wide tape was even more of an inconvenience. Furthermore, it was ineffective for adhering to beds, where as 3M painters tape adheres to all three of the materials I tried. I tried this with different flat materials, carbon fiber, and wood, and the 3M painters tape adhered to all three.
This leads to a part that tends to. Prints adhere well to the tape as it holds very well to the printed parts, however the tape tends to unwind from the bed very This effects warping of the part even when printed with PLA, since it pulls the tape away from the bed so far. As for adhesion, I have a few things that I plan to try (and I will update this review if I find a solution), but at this point it seems not to work as well as blue tape from home improvement stores which has never released from this bed. There is also an added benefit that it goes on in one piece which greatly simplifies the process. Also, the 6 inch size is perfect for my Flashforge Creator Pro bed so that there is no line between separate strips. For now, I give it 3 stars due to how easy it is to apply, but also because the prints fail due to how poorly it adheres to the printing bed.
In the case of my wife's Flashforge Finder I thought this would be a good alternative to multiple widths of tape, but it would not stay on the bed during construction. A layer of glue stick on top makes it worse because it bubbles and puckers before puckering and pulling away from the surface of the creation. As a last attempt, I flipped the bed over to the smooth glass side and it still released. Maybe the textured surface on the unheated bed was causing the problem, but I flipped it back to the textured side and it did again. I've never seen the 2 and 3 inch wide 3M tape sticking up or puckering like this tape, and it works just fine for me. I guess I got a bad roll of the dice. Others have reported that it worked for them.
My 3D printer bed can be made even wider using this wide roll (+1). Problem is, the adhesive is a bit weak (-) In the first print and every other print, the tape pulls up/off (-) There will be times when it will go back down, but 50% of the time it will tear (-) When removing an image, 1) the print should be removed. Furthermore, even with PLA, a mild warpage of the print will pull the tape away from the bed. There are better tapes on the market, but this one is significantly less effective than the 3M version.
The main reason I intended to use this tape as a wider 3M blue tape was because some materials for 3D printing require an extra roughness for adhesion to get a good grip. It seems that the backing on the tape is more like Tyvek than the papery texture of the 3M product. I could not get 3D printed materials to stick to the blue side but the sticky side was extremely sticky and stayed firmly attached to the bed even at 70C. The product I am recommending can't be used to increase the adhesion of 3D printer beds.
The paper does not tear straight across, so keep it next to scissors. This saved me a considerable amount of time, as I no longer had to align four pieces of painters tape and repeat. My experience with this tape has made me never want to go back to regular painters tape. As a bonus, you can make big tape door signals that read "keep the door shut, printing stinky ABS" directly on the huge piece of ribbon!.
This is really too wide to be used. Covers part of the bed, and the remaining part is wasted on the second strip. Due to its width, it makes handling really difficult. An item that is 2" wide is preferable.
I was delighted with the product.
