Questions & Answers

Is this a brake fluid that can be used in cars? Is it the same as the caliper system?

When you mix metals, you get The item code for this item is 08945 brake lube- The back of the pads - The shim and the shim A pad is a pad of paper There is any contact between the metal backing and the backing pad. In this case, rubber to metal is I have pasted 08946 into this box - Pistons and boots - Pins and boots for slide boarding

What's the difference between Silglyde and Silglyde?

There is a preference factor involved, I believe. bought a 99 accord two years after I bought it, and have been using the 3m brand for my brake pads ever since. My daughter's car was cleaned with the napa brand silglyde and it worked just fine. However, after a few days, my daughter complained that her shoes were squeaking. After I lubed everything again with the 3M brand, everything worked just fine. As the saying goes, what you pay for is what you get.

I have just opened and have been using it since Does everyone's version of this stick look bright and clear, or does it look milky white? Mine was milky white, not clear as I thought it Has a bad can been delivered to me?

Whether or not you can call it clear, like the glue used for model airplanes, I have no idea. This is kind of a translucent milky clear, and I hope you will agree that it's as clear as mud 1) I doubt you got a bad bottle. It is temperature stable through a range of temperatures.

What are the possibilities of using this for an ?

The 3M data sheet, dated Oct. 2011, for product 08946, Silicone Lubricant, states that it is a high-pressure lubricant. A seal is used to prevent contaminants, moisture, and humidity from coming in contact with the metal. This paste is used as a heat transfer membrane between heat sinks and as a dielectric paste on low voltage electrical parts with potential for arching and oxidation. The product 08946 Silicone Paste is suitable for low voltage uses, so it seems that it is acceptable to use.

It's an incredible product
5/5

I use it to make installation of so many things easier instead of spraying silicone or worse, installing it A tool such as this can be used for installing any kind of OS A ring and a pair of earrings The seals are made of rubber. It is not possible simply to use any grease, oil, or spray to lubricate and protect your machines You may need to install seals or other kinds of o-rings A ring. It is possible for rubber and plastic materials to disintegrate if the wrong lubricant is used. The solution I use is silicone paste or grease. The new engine oil can be used to lubricate the seals on the front and rear of engines, but I have used it for the installation of the main seals on engines. To lubricate fuel injector rotors I used this product The rings are made of hard plastic and range from 0 to 250 A ring, a bracelet, and other accessories A plastic grommet cap is fastened to each Similarly, silicone paste can be used on the weather strip of cars to prevent dryness or to restore door and window seals and rubbers to a certain extent. The plastics industry. You may need to upgrade your old cars or trucks if they were made in the 80s and 90s If you grew up in the 90s, you know how much rubber was used in the seals & other parts of those cars Injection moldings made from plastic. Put a layer of silicone paste on, let it sit for a moment, and then clean it You may need to repeat the process.

You can count on the gear heads, so stand on their shoulders

Avion the fourth The vehicle's front brake pads were wearing out and since this is my first time working on this vehicle, I watched quite a few YouTube videos. In 1/4 of the videos, it was recommended that you lubricate the guide pins with this product, since "brake grease" will expand and soften the rubber sleeve and O-ring It had a ring on the tip of the guide. Some said it should have an expansion A pin that would not fit back into the sleeve had to be replaced, and worst case scenarios were The pin would not come out of the calipers, so I had to buy new ones. Because of this, I am not interested in battling my brakes down the road or making life difficult for the next owner. My plan is to finish one of the sides today and the other tomorrow (Who's in a hurry). As soon as I put a few hundred miles on the brakes or encounter an issue right away, I will update this review. I also purchased pads and rotors on Amazon, and they were sold We sell parts for Cahalan brakes. This kit is very nice. I'll see if I can make the link work. You may also.

the heck is going on here
3/5

In the canister, we have a bunch of stuff that's like, caked. Even if this is the full amount, is What will they tell you if they don't tell you? Basically, they just bashed the top of a bottle while a dude in the factory mashed an ice cream scooper worth of thickened dried Aquaphor mixed with Crisco into Does the stuff seem to be I am not able to tell you. Is the brush bent over like my back after having my brake system repaired? Why did it take so long to put the top on? Did it already dry out when they finally tossed it When the bottom falls, you'll be hitting a rock Are those rocks hard? How hard are they? It's so hard to decide. It is sad that there is so little information. I will say this much

I can say that This thing has to have at least one gold nugget or a diamond forming at the bottom for almost twenty bucks. As long as I am the only one to rate them, they will only get one star. I think it's a bad There was something wrong with the It should be checked more thoroughly. My fingers are crossed that I don't have to lube the slide pins anymore.

Everything you ever wanted in one place! There are as many uses for this as there are for Although I bought it mainly for automotive purposes, I have found it quite useful for everyday use as well
5/5

I used it to lubricate bike chains and door hinges, to secure padlocks, and to lubricate pretty much any plastic or rubber part. My fridge drawers were particularly impressed with what it did! I'm in awe! Their glide is so smooth! As good as You'd be surprised how many more uses you'd find if you walked around your house for a long time. As far as I'm concerned, this is the best price online. I've been to Advance, AutoZone, Napa, CarQuest, O'Reilly, as well as a few other retailers. There is no actual store that sells this stuff, and most employees haven't heard of it either. You can order at Amazon rather than visiting every store and bearing the frustration of not finding it.

Last, but not least, let me remind you. I want to give a special shoutout to Eric the Car Guy for helping me discover this amazing.

I recommend this product
5/5

It is really worth it. If you are lubricating brake caliper pins or anything that touches rubber, such as windows or window track mechanisms, suspension pieces (ball joint boots, steering part boots), you should not tolerate a poor quality lubricant. You can use it on battery terminal posts as a quality paste to maintain the longevity This is absolutely worth the cost, and I'm glad that Amazon carries it since it's hard to find elsewhere.

As a drawer slide, it also works well
5/5

There is a reason why the brush is bent. On brake jobs, I use it on the bolts and pads of the calipers. I fixed a squeaky brake on my 2007 Vue that had come back every time There is no smell, nor is there any My 75 Formula window seals are easier to raise when I use it with it. The help I provided there was very helpful. Added it to the drawer slides of my toolboxes as well. The drawers slide a lot easier as a result. It's definitely bent on purpose. Oh yeah, I'm sure It's bent on purpose. Due to the thick material, the bent brush makes it easy to remove some from the sides of the container and under the lid, allowing you to avoid wasting any or having to reach in with your bent finger or anything else like that. A bent line. We need to get it out of there.

It was recommended to me on a forum for customer service and advice about the make and model of my car
5/5

Awesome product. Throughout the time since I bought the car, the driver's side window had grown sluggish and would freeze half-way up every time. I had to close the window by pressing the close button and pushing up the glass. In any case, I asked for advice on how to replace the motor and mechanism on the forum. Someone told me to hold on since it might just need lubricating. He suggested this product, which is The package took a couple of weeks to get to me due to the fact that I couldn't get it The window now works perfectly as a result of what you advised. This is a highly recommended book.
