We used this product to seal off the edges of the block walls in the crawl space with crawl space insulation. It has very strong adhesive qualities and is easy to use.
There is no better sealant on the market, but you need to have enough projects coming up so you can use a whole tube soon. As a sealant, it does not last as long as others.

I found this sealant to be easy to use and great for my driveway. The BASF product flows smoothly I've tried other brands and they were hard to get out of the tube.
