You should make sure you do not squeeze the tube whilst puncturing the opening as they work well. The events that led to that probably already occurred to you. The tube is quite full of glue. I have used nail polish remover and gentle scraping to remove the glue, but it seems that my prints are no longer visible.

Super glue never works for me as it hardens up before I can use it, and I never want to use up the whole tube. Compared to the previous single use tubes, these are far superior. The glue is enough to make a few repairs and, because of their small size, I don't feel bad when I throw them away when I am finished.

I really like the use of the always open applicators for superglue projects as they are very simple, you simply screw the seal down to release the glue, and you're Set the remaining glue aside if you don't use all of it, and let it dry in the nozzle. The tip of the bottle can be opened with a sewing needle very easily, so you can put the remaining glue in it. The big bottles with fancy lids aren't as good as small bottles.

It turns out I received a pack of four tubes instead of the 5 that was described in the product description. Despite the fact that the package says it's a five pack (whereas the front states it has the four units you can see), the back of this package states it comes as a five pack. Returning it to the vendor.

It has been very convenient for me to be able to use this once. I use this infrequently and hate having to open it and not use it for a few months only to find that it has dried hard and is no longer useful. An ideal scenario would be to use it only once.

As far as I can tell, I never use more than two drops since the individual tubes are thrown away. It is important to keep in mind that bigger bottles of super glue slowly dry out, no matter how carefully you store them.
