This is a great article! Designed for joints where maximum sealant depths do not exceed 1/2 inch, Sikaflex 1a can be easily applied to all types of joints. The material is perfect for small joints and fillets, window frames, door frames, reglets, flashing, common roofing applications, as well as to hold together various construction objects. It is also jet fuel resistant and can be used underwater, for example, as a joint in a canal or reservoir.

It can be used in wet conditions, right? The product becomes rainproof after how many days of curing?

In wet conditions, it will adhere to wet surfaces, but only after it has been applied and dried. A few days more and it'll be fully cured, but it'll only take 24 hours before paint can be applied. The material is waterproof, as well. Pool deck caulking is made from this product. It's a great sausage gun, and the caulk is a great price too. You might be surprised by how bulletproof this caulk is if you have never used it before. You won't find a better product anywhere!.

It is of very high It would be nice if larger sausage tubes were available. A bonus feature is that the gun can be used with different types of caulk and different sizes.
