3M Nitrile High Performance Plastic Adhesive 1099, Tan, 5 Oz Tube

I used this as an adhesive promoter for dual lock tape, which took a bit too long to dry, but the product that is sold for the purpose is this, but thinned 10-fold Acetone is added to 1. The problem is probably due to this, along with barely any glue being exposed, so as long as you coat the two surfaces and then assemble as per the directions, you wouldn't experience any problems.

It came off the seat of a lawn tractor and I used it. As described, I have used it for several months. I am still satisfied with it, but it is peeling off gradually. An application of this type is difficult.
