Selected User Reviews For MYNT3D Junior2 3D Pen for Kids [2020 Model] Child Safe Low Temperature Printing Pen (NOT Compatible with ABS/PLA)

It's a 2D pen designed for kids
4/5

This 3D pen was provided to me by the manufacturer in exchange for an honest The offer is much appreciated, and I am more than happy to accept. To begin with, let's address the most obvious issue What is the capability of 3D drawing? The answer to this question The numbers aren't that impressive. It's more of a tweak than a I doubt that purposeful creations can be made from the material. Although it is possible, there is a catch. In truth, though It's a game for kids, and not all of them can handle the third dimension well. The flat has lots of fun, but it is not too long. Seeing how a drawing can turn into a piece that can be snipped from the surface is fascinating. If you want to use paper, I recommend glass or parchment. The picture frame from Dollar Tree is cheap and easy to make We will lift the store up as is, but I go over the weaker areas for extra strength. While it is still warm, thicker blobs can be easily pressed together and adjusted. There is a lot to worry about when it comes to the heat
This is a minimal amount. Glue guns aren't what it is. There is no danger of burning the skin with the tip. While the smell is funky, it is not unpleasant. There are no toxic substances in the powder, but I did get a headache after a while. A little USB fan and a window opened helped. It got four out of five stars from me. I'd like it to be such a magical 3D wand for my daughter, but it's not quite there yet. During the visit, I took a few pictures. This will hopefully be helpful to you when making I would appreciate it if you could click the button and let me know.

Rather than the Home version, consider the Professional version
3/5

My 8 year old granddaughter's gift had to be returned because they were too big for her. Her hand kept moving across the page, which made her unable to do what she was trying to do. I had purchased her a professional model at the same time that I had purchased for my older grandson. After using that one for her for the first time, she seemed to know it immediately, so I ordered it instead of this one for her. I was assured that it was not her skill that was lacking in use of the Younger model when I saw her ability on the one for older kids.

Junk all the way
3/5

That's a bunch of My mother, dad, and I (10 years old) were using it, and it stopped working with 30 minutes of using it. Batteries were the obvious answer. The filament will not come out of the end after it is charged. There's no way to tell for sure why it isn't getting This is so disappointing for me.

Don't let your kid miss out! Get an Ender 3! However, Amazon bundles it with PLA, which has a much higher melting point, because this unit only accepts PLC filament
3/5

Any piece of PLC that has been thrown in the sun will melt at such a low temperature that it will ruin anything your child has made from it. For an afternoon of fun, this unit might work if you have really low expectations. If you buy more filament, please be VERY careful!.

Three points for you This is a good pen to start with
5/5

Make sure you know what kind of filament is being used. Three out of five is pretty good Pen for kids that works like a D pen. 'Santa' delivered this gift on Christmas Eve to my daughters, and since then they have played with it daily. Because of its larger size and low temperature, this is a great option for little beginners. Considering the specific filament type it uses (also available on Amazon), you might want to bear this in mind. The low temperature of this pen gives other filaments a chance not to melt completely if they are inserted. There will be a clog and the pen will stop working. It was my fault that I bought the wrong filaments for a pen. Kids should be told not to scratch their mat/pat with a pen like a real one. You should lift the pen a little bit off the pad instead. I am having a great start so far!.

This is an easy-to-use printer, but there is a need for I am happy to give our daughter such a wonderful gift
4/5

Her favorite use for it is to play with it, but we need The 3D pen doesn't build very well, but it's an introductory pen, so it isn't that important. Moreover, the type of filament you want may be hard to find at a reasonable price. Be sure to check the type of filament you want before you buy!.

When the item was defective, the customer service was horrible! During the working time of about 20 minutes, this pen was working
3/5

In addition to following all instructions and the "if it does not work" instructions, I followed the videos when it was jamming up without success. A representative called me and sent me an e-mail requesting that I notify them when I returned. “we check our products to make sure they are good, so we know this is not a malfunctioning product”, then they did not respond again or provide any other assistance. The product is definitely going in the trash, and I'll be placing new orders elsewhere. Although they have failed miserably, I had tried multiple times to give them a chance before I wrote a review. It is a nightmare to deal with! I wrote this review so that others don't have to go through the same thing I went through! I would HIGHLY recommend that you place your order with another company if it is possible!.

Recommendation that is misleading
3/5

Several months ago, my 8 year old daughter asked me to buy her a 3D pen. Even though she finally got it, she was never able The pen will be purchased at the time of purchase. According to the "customers who bought this" section, it was recommended as part of the purchase of the 32 Colors 3D Pen PLA Filament refill pack. There was a mistake in that statement. When my daughter began using that pack, it didn't work with the pen and broke. She wanted a particular color so she tried that pack. As she really thought she was going to get the pen, she was very Our new one arrived, but we're upset that we were misled into buying a product that doesn't work and has to return.
