I should not have assumed there would be a Dupont or JXT plug on the end, but I have bought about twenty stepper motors of various sizes from this company over the years, and each has come with a plug. I expected it to be the same with this one. For use of this stepper motor, I need to cut a plug off one from another good motor and solder it to the open leads. The last item I will be buying from Steppers Online is this - if it is an attempt to save a few pennies, I will not buy anything else from They have disappointed me to no end. These are my favourite steppers, I get them from the same manufacturer as the next smaller NEMA 17 stepper and I am really pleased There are no evident signs of bearing issues, shaft play, or any other empirically measurable degradation on my last unit, which has experienced about one million revolutions (according to some quick math). My only goal was to gain a touch more running torque by replacing it with this.

The drivers have also been fitted with heat sinks and fans. The stepper motors in the stock 3d printer need to be upgraded. The shifting of layers and missing steps were fixed.
