This is a hard question with no easy answer. According to most answers, alcohol should be used to clean for no more than 10 minutes because if you leave it in for any longer, it will weaken the resin and cause the print to break. When I cure using UV lights, I don't allow the piece to sit for more than six minutes. I will let it sit under normal light for a few days before I paint it. Your prints may still be tacky and shiny after an alcohol bath if the resin is still attached to them.
They shouldn't have any trouble fitting on the build plate, so long as they are the right size.

See below for more information. Some of the other reviewers might have been exposed to too much resin fumes or they may have purposefully purchased this product and posted negative The Elegoo Mars, a cheap ultrasonic cleaner, and the Phrozen water sol resin are all in my possession. On the photos, you can see that I did not take the plastic wrap off the Elegoo, so I did not get finger prints on it if it were returned. It's awesome to print with this filament and to have the printer work so well. It was really this easy set the cleaner to 50 degrees Celsius, let it run for 5 minutes, shake the basket, and continue to run Attached is a copy of the ChituBox settings. As far as I can tell, no one can give a bad review of this resin. As far as my photos go, I think they.
Mars, Elegoo. Below you'll see the settings I used on my Elegoo Mars with this resin. Surely there are some areas that could be improved. I like the fact that the resin can be washed with water and that my print came out great.
This is some of the first resin printing I've done, so I can only compare it to the two resins I've already used, Elegoo normal rapid and water-washable. That means that this is the best resin to use for smaller parts (I'll still have to test it for larger parts). It is my opinion, not hard science, that I added to the table. The Amazon price at the time I write this is the one I'm seeing currently. In this resin, I tried to print a file that failed twice with the Elegoo Water Washable resin, even though I added more support. The resin I'm using makes them much more resistant, so I think I may even have to remove some supports since they are more likely to stay in position. For the first time, I had to use my flush cutter quite lightly in order to remove even my smallest substrates (which are very thin). We can use less material for supports and have fewer failed prints if we use less material. As a result, I will be using this to-do list for now, and for the stuff I print Resin is good. When I have more time to work with it, I will update. Edit
As to the grey one, I have also tried it, and it is good too, plus it washes fine with soap and The prints were a bit brittle, so if I had to pick, the black one would be a bit better, and in the future I will be sticking with.
Resins made from this resin are faster than those from I took all the attached pictures using the Mars 2 Pro at 0 degrees. Layer thickness is 030 mm, exposure time is 30 seconds for 5 layers, with no transition layers, and exposure time is 2 seconds for normal layers. I have to use 35 seconds for the base layer and 3 seconds for the normal layers in Elegoo WW. It's a good thing that we saved time for It took less than a minute to clean with a toothbrush and cold water, which I think is very convenient. I'm not sure what other reviewers tried, but I found this resin cleaned up very easy with water. This resin is also inherently less brittle than other WW resins I have used in the past. Because of this, the very small Miniatures in the photos could be removed easily from the supports without having finger tips, hands, wings, or other small details lost. As well as curing very quickly, be careful not to let it cure over night Make sure your prints are cured. Also, I haven't had a problem printing with this resin so far. Since I got my Mars 2 Pro 2 months ago, I have almost exclusively printed with it. The amount of resin I have used during that time has become ten liters, when I printed small and large multicolored models There are several model parts. Since purchasing this resin, I have never looked back All of my prints are done with resin.
I am wondering if the resin I got is just from a bad batch, as I did not get a single successful print. So far, 9 prints out of 9 have failed in spite of whatever settings I set. I have a Phrozen Sonic Mini, and I have never had a failed print before using this resin. This offer is only valid for the first 30 days FEP and the 50 layers stay on the building plate, and then the prints detach from the building plate and adhere In the past, I always used either Elegoo water washable or SirayaTech Simple resins without this issue. There are two layers of those, 15 seconds normal, 60 seconds lifting, and 150 seconds retracting, with my settings as following
2s normal, 15 seconds two bottom layers.
Phrozen Aqua Green and Blue is one of my favorite colors. Since I purchased my Sonic Mini, they have provided me with flawless, trouble-free printing. The Phrozen website I was going to use temporarily ran out of it, so I decided to try this alternative. Contrary to my experience with Aqua Green and Blue, I found these to have no effect on me. The configuration of my machine was per the recommendations from Phrozen and all I got was bad prints due to support errors. Finally, after moving up to medium and 4 sec is reached After 5 seconds (which is what I was told) exposure time I get a decent print half the time. Other times, the resin prefers to stick to the FEP or the layers do not adhere. Whenever it works, it's excellent. There are no marks on the supports in any way. However, I just find the consistency can be too inconsistent for my tastes, so I will return.
As a general rule, Elegoo's water does the job for me It is a washable resin and I have not had any issues. I have tried Phrozen's resin because it was less expensive, but it has had some issues. Slices that had printed perfectly with Elegoo had It either does not adhere well to the build plate or the supports are not strong enough to hold In the end, Elegoo needed a longer cure time per layer (using a Creality with monoscreen), and it took longer to cure after washing as well. As an attractive resin, this is also a few steps above the average resin if you want it to be water-washable. The quality of your prints will be fantastic when your prints don't fail, but you will have to wait longer due to the longer cure time.
My first attempt at fixing the problem resulted in it still failing to stick to the build plate with settings adjusted. Eventually, I called the 800 number and told them the issue. My contact at the company said I could return it for a refund since it sounded as though I was simply not able to use it I received excellent service from their customer service department. They were friendly For now, I will just use normal resin until I have a different printer and then I will try it again.
