It is a little off-center. In terms of value for the money, I expected about the same. I think it's The number 700 It is out of round (or rather, the bearings are out of round. There are issues with this script. It appears to be well made but there are weaknesses. It doesn't seem balanced, although it appears an attempt was made to accomplish that. A sloppy machining job, a lot of aluminum was dumped into the bore to seal the bearings and the bearing boss is not centered show poor quality. As far as I can tell, the outer wheel runs true or close enough to be useful. The machine works, but it is out of balance enough to cause the whole thing to shake at certain speeds. A job like that is difficult to do accurately.
It is great to have the rubber surface on top of an aluminum frame and frame that is balanced and good. The bearings and arbor hole are the source of my problems. First time use of the item resulted in bearings coming out. Furthermore, the arbor hole is larger than what is offered in states, but your issue with the bearings can be corrected, and this would make a great.
It's decent quality and easy to use, but finding all the parts to make it work due to the odd size bearings makes it a bit tricky.
My belt grinder works perfectly with this, so I don't need a bench grinder anymore, which is nice as it frees up some workspace.
