"The filters I received appear to be of reasonable quality, and I intend to use them. " However, I only gave it three stars because the seller should not show a photo of a genuine product when an aftermarket product is being offered, as this was misleading to me.

It fits, but it's not of the same caliber as the original

The filter's black portion isn't nearly as "thick" as the one it replaced. It's nowhere near as beefy as the original, and I can't imagine it catching even half of what it did. It's better than nothing, and it's better than burning up my vacuum by using one that's clogged with dirt and dust, but next time I'll spend the money on a higher-quality model.

There is a hole in the filter! It wasn't packaged with a Kenmore! This isn't working, and it appears that I won't be able to get another one

The filter has a hole in it. The presentation was excellent - The packaging was not harmed in any way. The filter is all! Because it wasn't packaged in Kenmore's original box - I don't believe it's a Kenmore product; perhaps they sold me a cheap, holey filter? I'm hoping they'll make things right and send me a filter that doesn't have any holes in the original Kenmore packaging!.

IN THIS HOUSE, DOG HAIR IS A CONSTANT BATTLE! I have to change my filter frequently because I don't like it when I vacuum and all I smell is like a wet dog

These are reasonably priced and last longer than more expensive filters I've purchased in the past; if you need these filters, don't waste your money on the more expensive ones when these will do the job just as well (if not better)!.

The item was packaged in a clear plastic bag with no markings on it. This is not a genuine Kenmore item. a knockoff, similar to the other generics on Amazon that cost half as much.

For $15, you get something that isn't oem and is one of only a few in the bag. Only one unbranded filter was included in the box, but the photo shows two in an oem bag. I'm returning them for a refund and replacing them with a six-pack of generic ones for $7. Don't throw your money away! br>br>.

Approximately is the cost of the raw material. In the United States, there are fifty people. A $5 mark-up is a significant amount of money. It's time to invest in a vacuum cleaner. 2 in the bag would have been a better deal and still netted the seller a decent profit.

Kenmore is not one of them

But it fits fine. Don't be fooled by the photo; this is not a Kenmore product. The dark foam's cells are significantly larger. I'm sure there are differences in filter performance, but vacuum doesn't notice.
