Fits like a glove. As I had my old original filter, I washed it over and over, but it didn't seem to be getting clean enough by the end. It is recommended that you wash them every three Some reviews cited a new filter as increasing the suction, and that has been my experience too! There was an increase of perhaps 25%, I thought. The significance of that is obvious. My replacement is so much better than the old one! Suddenly, my old vacuum feels like a new one! When I first considered getting a knock-off, I was thinking it would be cheaper After we get off the plane, I read reviews that said those did not fit quite right and did not work as well as the market version. Thank you for making this OEM filter available to me. Despite the extra five bucks or so, it is worth the extra effort. This review has been quite helpful to me, so I expect you will too! I always read reviews before purchasing, and I have found many to be quite helpful.

It is a little more expensive than an aftermarket part, but it is the real thing. You can easily replace this part on your Dyson by following the instructions. Replacing it takes no longer than 2 minutes. There is a unique part on this machine that is OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). While there were a number of filters made by 3rd parties that were significantly cheaper, I chose the genuine version because it's been 4 years since I bought my original. As soon as I replaced this part, my vacuum cleaner not only had much better suction, but it also no longer smelt of yucky chemicals. After using the previous filter for five years and washing it every few months, it began to produce a musty smell from the vacuum after a few months. Unlike the old filter, the new one has absolutely no odor.

This is an OEM Dyson DC25 Orange Ball has been in our possession for 12 years now, and it's still in great shape. In the past few weeks, the "howling noise" has been bothering us. conducting research, it was discovered that the post filter was in need of replacement. We've been wanting to replace them both for many years and finally decided to do so. I am back to using my machine as if it were brand.

When I sweep, it captured dust and pet hair, and I am able to easily remove the debris. A couple of seconds is all it takes. The clothes can be washed easily, but they need to dry for at least 24 hours. After it had been allowed to dry overnight, I used a hair dryer to blow it dry. As it dries, I also dry it over my sink so that more debris can be removed.

Although I was hesitant to buy this original dc25 Tyson filter, I wasn't happy with the old washable filter because after a few washes I found that my vacuum wasn't working well. My new filter was delivered after I replaced the old It seemed like there was a huge difference in how the vacuum was sucking up the dust.

It is reliable and does what it needs It took a little effort to maintain, but it worked well for us. We owned a DC25 for 10 years, and i cleaned it as directed two or three The time has come to replace the old one with a new Nothing to worry about.
