Questions & Answers

Is this a four-count or a two-count, just to be sure? Is it possible to have two filters instead of four?

There are four bags and two filters in this box.

Are these bags compatible with all vacuum cleaners that use type u bags? Are all brands of type u bags interchangeable, or only Miele vacuum cleaners?

Because each bag comes with a plastic bag color that fits into a bracket on the machine, these bags are only compatible with Miele vacuums; they will not be interchangeable.

Is this a real "Miele"? The manufacturer is "eurofilters," and the package image differs from that of other sellers who list "Miele" as a manufacturer. ?

These bags are made by Miele and are authentic. If my memory serves me correctly, Miele bags in boxes labeled Eurofilters are sold in Europe. The boxes in the United States say AirClean.

Is the square exhaust filter (2 in the diagram) or the rectangular airclean filter (3 in the diagram) included in this package? I'm a fan of the blue twist. ?

Hello Jennifer, both filters are included. Please contact the store by phone at (800) 222-7272. 442- For more information, call 8227 and ask for Scott, our vacuum specialist. Thank you

Type U 3D AirClean is not the same as Type U regular AirClean! Despite the fact that these 3D Efficiency bags claim to fit all 'Type U' cleaners, they do not
3/5

They don't do it. The bags don't stay mounted correctly in my Miele 7210 Upright Twist, and dust gets all over the inside of the compartment. For S7000-based systems, stick to the standard 'Type U AirClean' filters. Uprights with the model number S7999. Because there are now two distinct Type U bag styles (regular and 3D), Miele should stop advertising the 3D bags as Type U. The 3D does not work properly with all cleaners that claim to accept Type U. br>br>It's a real bummer - Miele is known for its engineering and innovations, as well as its high-quality products. Regrettably, they blew it with the 3D.

Fits uprights from the Dynamic U series
5/5

Since I bought my Miele Dynamic U1 upright 3, I've been buying these on Amazon. It had been five years. Every two years or so, I buy a box. Four vacuum bags and two air filters are included in these boxes. With two dogs and two cats, I vacuum several times per week. Fitment has never been an issue for me. It's simple to swap these out and they keep all the debris contained. I like that I don't have to deal with bagless vacuum cleaners.

The most effective filters available
5/5

I wouldn't expect anything less from the best machine, which should also have the best filters. These are made of a material similar to tyvex, rather than cheap porous paper. This is how you can keep track of how much dusting your furniture requires. I have the Dynamic U1 Cat and Dog vacuum, and while I understand that some reviews claim that these do not fit and that dust blows everywhere, all I can say is that they work perfectly for me, fit and seal the dust and dirt in the bag, and the two filters are also perfect! I can honestly say that I've never had a problem. These, on the other hand, are ideal: the bags are made of tyvex, not paper, and there is no dust that can escape. When it comes to vacuuming, it doesn't split, break, or cause any problems. br>br>UPDATE**
The bags are still 5 stars, but the shipping, packing, and service aren't even worth a ONE star. Amazon slaps a shipping label on the thin construction paper thin box, then runs it over with their cart (thin tire tracks, so it's not a car), doesn't tape or even attempt to seal it, and then mails it. The top had been ripped off and was completely smashed and filthy due to being run over. To top it off, instead of leaving the box on our front porch near my garbage cans, they put it near my garbage cans. I called Amazon and sent photos, and they wanted me to package it (which they couldn't do, but they insisted on doing it. . . seriously!). and return it to them at my own expense (yes, I'm a prime customer with a prime product). I called again, and someone agreed to pick me up, but the person came and put a sticker on the garage door, claiming that no one was home, and even parked behind the trees to avoid the dogs; They knew it didn't work, but by the time we got out there, he had already pulled away. . . sorry, but that would never happen because someone is always here and the dogs bark like crazy. He simply did not want to return the favor. br>br>Amazon's service is falling apart, but I have to wonder why the delivery service took the package in the first place, because if I had tried, they would have refused it and informed me of the packing rules. That flimsy construction paper box was never intended to be used as a shipping container.

Toss the Dyson bagless in favor of the Miele bag
5/5

We are a couple of young seniors who live in a two-story home. Having one vacuum for each floor is more convenient than carrying a vacuum up and down the stairs. The Miele is in charge of the upstairs, which is where our two cats have their "base of operations. " Downstairs, we have a Dyson where our long-haired dog spends the majority of his time. There are hard floors and carpeting on both the first and second floors. We're planning to go all Miele when the Dyson dies, and it's largely because of these bags. The Dyson picks up fine, but with a long-haired dog and his trips in and out of the house, the downstairs challenge for emptying the Dyson is all the hair wrapped around the center column mixed with the outside dirt, which I rarely can shake out - It usually takes a couple of prods from my fingers to empty it completely. Then I have to deal with a handful of extremely fine dust. The Miele, on the other hand, not only picks up the cat hair (one is a long-haired Ragdoll), but also cleans up the fine litter trail. The bag has a loop you pull to disengage it, and the bag automatically has a slide closure that covers the hole. It's not quite as agile as the Dyson, but the difference is so nice when it comes time to change the bag. The inside of the vac housing is spotless, indicating that almost nothing makes it out of the bag. That level of ingenuity, convenience, and cleanliness is well worth the price.

I strongly advise you to read this book
5/5

To begin, I must state that I am a cautious shopper who is concerned about receiving counterfeit goods, especially when purchasing an expensive item for a high-priced vacuum. I took a chance and am happy to report that these arrived in factory sealed boxes and fit perfectly in my vacuum! I have a Golden Retriever and a long-haired cat, both of whom shed a lot of fur. Because it seals in dander, dust, and hair, this bag is especially important for allergy sufferers.

WHAT YOU SEE ADVERTISED WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO YOU! I just opened my package (sadly after the return window closed) and discovered that I had received HyClean bags, not AirClean bags, as advertised
3/5

It's Saturday, and I'm having trouble getting through to Miele for a definitive answer about whether or not I can use these, but I did come across this answer on Amazon: "They are not interchangeable," says the narrator. AirClean does not have strips inside the bag (supposed to prevent sharps from cutting the bag). The HyClean bag is a little smaller (due to the newer 3 D design, which allows the bag to expand more). Hyclean bags are no longer available. They were never sold in the United States, and they are incompatible with Miele vacuum cleaners sold there. br>br>If you use them anyway, you may notice that suction is reduced, that they fill up faster than the AirClean 3D bags, and that they let dust escape into the vacuum's interior (older bag version with a plastic ring around the opening, not the soft seal version). You'll need AirClean instead of HyClean if your vacuum came with AirClean bags.
