These are, indeed, cloth bags that will last a long time. They can almost be filled, unlike the paper ones, which break open when half full.
When Amazon ships, they will use the least expensive carrier. It could be the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics. FYI: Amazon has ceased to use UPS. If your order is being shipped by a different vendor, you will need to inquire about their shipping policies.
These Kenmore bags are, in fact, authentic.

I wasn't expecting these bags to be so thick for the price; I wasn't expecting them to be so thick for the price! When I first opened the box, my partner had to double-check that they were the correct size; they were simple to install, had excellent suction, and successfully eliminated indoor allergies. When we need more bags, we'll definitely get these.
I couldn't bear filling the bags with dust, dirt, and detritus, not because they were damaged or didn't fit, but because they're so awesome. These handbags have wowed me. Installing it was a breeze. Large enough to collect a large amount of trash. However, the vacuum still fits. The degree to which it fits surprised me. There are no complaints in this review. They are appealing to me.
