I never gave a vacuum cleaner this price much thought before, but I'm glad I did now. br>br>I was concerned that the Miele's small size would necessitate frequent bag replacements. This isn't the case at all. These didn't fit well, according to another review. They are PERFECTLY FITTING for my Miele. I started with Sears knockoffs, but they weren't up to the task. I went with the Miele-specific bags, which do a fantastic job.
I adore my Miele vacuum cleaners, but I had to bite my lower lip every time I needed to replace the expensive Miele replacement bags. I tried a couple of different knock-offs. I tried a few different brands of bags before giving up. The low-cost knockoff Offs would either split at the seams or leak dust back into the atmosphere. It didn't take long for me to realize that only genuine Miele bags were worth purchasing. I still think they're pricey, but they do what they say they'll do and have never let me down.
This is the genuine article - They're thick and sturdy, and they filter out far more than the less expensive version. It was well worth the money.

The fact that these bags are genuine Mele replacements appealed to me. They come in an authentic Belgian box. A label alerting Amazon that the product is being shipped in manufacturer's packaging is also attached. These bags are the perfect fit for my Mele Flamenco II.
Make sure your machine bag is in order. This is the one if the bag attachment is red; if it is blue, this will not work; only the bag with the blue attachment will work.
I received Hyclean instead of AirClean. What's the difference, I'm not sure. Some say it's a smaller bag, while others say it's the same bag but with one for the United States and one for the United Kingdom.
