It would not ball up when I put on my old Fuller brush unit, so I had to ship it back. Replace the old brush with the new one.

Bristles are made of plastic

It is not boar hair as shown in the picture. I'm not sure how accurate the picture is. Upon receiving my brush, I discovered that the bristles are not from the original boar's They are made of plastic. Misleading in a very serious sense.

There is nothing to worry about, as long as it ends well! (But it's true! No, you can't just pop the old one out and replace it! Generally, the new brush works well it goes in easily and pops out easily however, I had to ask my [male] neighbour to pry the old brush from the sweeper, and he found to be difficult Minus 1 Additionally, the brush came in a plain white container without any directions whatsoever in it An additional star has been removed

The only reason I learned what one needs to do is to read the Amazon customer questions and answers, and find a helpful reviewer [signed, "An Amazon Customer"] with instructions on removing the old brush and inserting the new was from looking at the Amazon questions and answers beforehand. It is like using a rolling toilet paper unlike toilet paper, the plastic gizmos on the brush and those in which it fits do not give. I was afraid I would break them when I tried to open the brush.

Your best bet would be to contact the seller, Amazon, and ask for an instructions sheet. Surely there was one at one point.

Now that the insertion and removal drama is over, the new brush really does clean up!.

This new brush fits in perfectly and is like a brand new sweeping device. Do you know why I love this vacuum cleaner In small spaces under my furniture and behind my furniture, it gets under there. I am so glad I ordered it, and the price was great.

It's the first replacement brush that I have bought because I couldn't find the old one anywhere. It's about 25 years old and I bought it due to the lack of availability. The process of removing the old brush and installing the new one was very easy. It's picking up so much more quickly now! I've been looking for these brushes for a while. Thank you for making them available.

To replace my old one, I bought this Whether you believe it or not, it is true I still have my dearly loved carpet sweeper with its 50 year old brush. The first time I found it I was hesitant because I had never looked for a replacement before. In any case, other reviews seemed to be positive, so I gave it a shot. It has been a real pleasure to own The carpet sweeper I have now is more than 50 years old but I wouldn't trade it.

It would be a shame to be without it! Having the ability to replace the brush so easily makes this carpet sweeper even better! I am so glad to have found this push carpet sweeper! I use it for my carpeted stairs as well as my wood decks since it fits under much of my furniture, is light weight, and easy to use

Despite the brush's nature, no instructions are provided to ensure that it is used correctly. My initial impression was that it was very straight forward, and it was, but I was afraid of damaging the plastic, so I wish some simple instructions had been provided. In the end, I did what I thought was necessary and the brush snapped into place without the crunching of broken plastic I had been I would give this a 5 if you provided pictures and a short paragraph of instructions to ease our anxiety.

There is a label on the box that reads Fuller Brush with part number 169 as stated on the Fuller Brush website

It's disappointing that the replacement brush is not made like the original brushes on my older sweeper and the one I bought 2 years ago. Unlike traditional nylon brushes, this replacement is made of plastic bristles that are sparser than usual. In spite of this, the filter fits properly onto my 15yr old Fuller Brush carper sweeper, and appears to work quite well In the end, it will be up to time to tell the tale.
