Bissell sweepers have been bought twice by me. I bought the first one in December. I gave this one to my daughter since she did not have a dog and wouldn't need it as frequently as I do. This one was still working, but it couldn't hold a charge for too long, so I gave it to her. The one I purchased just the other day was purchased in September This model had been changed, and the corner brushes in the corners I found that these help me get around edges and corners even when they eventually cease to spin. The company we're working with removed them for some reason. In any case, only 4 months later, this new one has "COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING AFTER ONLY 3 MONTHS!"! My questions were directed to Amazon customer service, so they contacted It was soon realized that the charger was defective, so they sent me a replacement charger free of charge and without shipping charges. I am happy to announce that my sweeper works once again now. I am changing to 4 stars because it does a good job, but I am still not happy that the corner brushes were removed from this model, and it does not reach corners or edges very well like previous models The vacuum cleaner is much easier to get out and much simpler than sweeping the floor with a broom.
