A further issue was that the outgoing message did not identify the destination number as a business but was a standard greeting you might use on your home phone. Finally, there is no customer service. The form to contact XIAO TIAN Industrial Co. cannot be submitted. The company, A virus was installed on my computer due to my attempt to install one. The first one was a heavy and awkward to use steam mop I found to be rather loud and awkward to maneuver. That was my first steam mop and I wish I had known then what I know now. There is a lot of choice and it is difficult. There are a couple of attachments that came with the other model that I'd like to have.
